All purpose flour – 3 tbsp

Red chilli paste – 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp

Steps

  1. Take a bowl. Add all purpose flour, corn flour and mix well to make a thick batter. Also add salt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder and mix well. Add paneer to the batter and coat it well. Keep aside.

  2. Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.

  3. Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add the coated paneer and deep fry the paneer on all sides. Once done remove it from oil and keep aside.

  5. Take another bowl. Add chilli paste, tomato sauce, soya sauce, salt, sugar and mix until they combine. Now add this mixture to cooked onion and capsicum. Add little water and sauté for few mins until the sauce thickens.

  6. Finally add the fried paneer and sauté until the paneer pieces are well absorbed in the sauce.
