Dragon paneer recipe

  Ingredients Paneer cubs – 250 gms Onion – 1 cup Capsicum – 1 cup Black pepper powder – 1 tsp Soy sauce – 2 tsp Red chilli sauce – 2 tbsp Green chilli - 3 Ginger garlic – 2 tbsp (chopped) Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp Corn flour – 2 tsp All purpose flour – 3 tbsp Cashew – 2 tbsp Whole dry red chilli – 3 Red chilli paste – 1 tbsp Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp Salt – 1 tsp Oil – 1 cup Steps Take a bowl. Add all purpose flour, corn flour and mix well to make a thick batter. Also add salt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder and mix well. Add paneer to the batter and coat it well. Keep aside. Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up. Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add the coated paneer and deep fry the paneer on all sides. Once done remove it from oil and keep aside.
